Interactive Language Specialist

Hasob Integrated Services is seeking an English Language Instructor to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive live classes to students worldwide, providing real-time support, creating high-quality teaching materials, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

• Design and deliver high-quality, interactive live language classes that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse student population.
• Develop and implement comprehensive teaching guides that align with curriculum objectives and foster an effective learning environment.
• Monitor and track student attendance and participation during live classes, using data to inform instruction and drive student success.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to develop and refine teaching content and methods, ensuring alignment with best practices and emerging trends.
• Provide exceptional student support, responding promptly to queries and concerns, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in language instruction, leveraging resources and training to enhance instructional effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, embracing opportunities for growth and improvement, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Make a meaningful impact on the lives and education of our students, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their full potential.

• Professional proficiency in one or more languages, including Igbo and Yoruba, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in language teaching, preferably in an online, live, interactive setting, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
• Ability to analyze and respond to student feedback, fostering a growth mindset and embracing opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and metrics for tracking student participation, enhancing instructional effectiveness and efficiency.
• Creativity and adaptability in developing engaging teaching materials and lesson plans, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends.
