- Managing and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Setting and tracking sales targets to ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss performance, provide guidance, and set new goals.
- Closing sales deals by utilizing telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Developing long-term relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities.

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field. Additionally, they should have 3-5 years of proven sales experience and a track record of meeting sales quotas.
