Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Professional to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the FMCG industry. You will promote and sell high-quality cashew products across designated territories, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure product visibility in stores.

Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Achieve sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  1. 2. Ensure product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, or distributor warehouses.
  1. 3. Expand customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients.
  1. 4. Conduct regular store visits to identify new opportunities and execute promotional activities.
  1. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores and key accounts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
