We are seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
**Job Description**
The Telecom Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Protecting and growing existing revenue streams
- Securing new revenue within existing clients' portfolios
- Hunting out new clients and businesses within assigned strategic accounts
You will work closely with our account teams to ensure smooth transitions of accounts into the business and maintain excellent client relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of telecommunications networks and sales environments
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and negotiation abilities
You will also possess:
- Good Microsoft Office suite competence, including Visio
- CRM competence
- An ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
