Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and building strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership & Management: Provide coaching, guidance, and performance reviews to sales representatives, while also recruiting and onboarding new team members.
* Sales Target Achievement: Work with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, including setting achievable goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and clients, understanding customer needs and ensuring the company's products are well-represented in retail channels.
* Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to devise sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of products and optimal stock levels across key locations.
* Promotions & Product Launches: Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches to increase market share and drive brand visibility.
