Job Overview

Dignity Exodus Nig Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Girl to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and an innate ability to drive sales, creating exceptional shopping experiences for our valued customers. As a Sales Girl, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the presentation of our sales floor.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their presence in-store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in product selection, providing accurate information about features and benefits.
- Demonstrate products and communicate pricing, promotions, and store policies effectively.
- Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and checking merchandise deliveries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate in the implementation of marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

- OND or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
