Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the preferences and dietary needs of our clients, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques to create delicious and nutritious meals.
• Plan menus in consultation with our clients and manage grocery shopping and pantry inventory effectively, ensuring that our clients receive only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment at all times, adhering to food safety standards and best practices.
• Ensure proper storage of food to maintain freshness and comply with food safety guidelines, minimizing waste and ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Serve meals in a timely and presentable manner, taking into account special requests and dietary restrictions, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
• Occasionally prepare meals for small gatherings or events within the household, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness and maintaining a high standard of quality and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a household cook or in a similar role, showcasing expertise and reliability and demonstrating a passion for cooking and delivering exceptional results.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, enabling the preparation of diverse and delicious meals that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of our clients.
• Ability to follow recipes and customize meals based on dietary needs, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail and providing flexible and personalized solutions to our clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring seamless meal preparation and service and maintaining a high standard of quality and hygiene.
