We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the FMCG industry. As an experienced sales leader, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing a high-performing team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
    • Collaborate with the senior management team to align regional goals with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the region.
  • Team Management & Development:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Provide coaching and training to ensure high levels of performance, product knowledge, and customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and needs in a timely manner.
    • Oversee the development of effective sales support tools and marketing strategies to meet customer requirements.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
    • Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from the field.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.
    • Gather competitive intelligence and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
    • Identify new product opportunities and potential risks in the market.
  • Budget Management:
    • Oversee regional sales budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all activities.
    • Manage promotional budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and agreements.
