We are Estuary Business Solution Ltd, a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing engaging animated content for diverse marketing platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop engaging animated content for social media, blogs, paid ads, and campaigns, delivering polished, brand-enhancing assets that captivate audiences.
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, design, development, and business) to ensure design coherence and alignment with brand goals.
- Iterate on designs using feedback and data, proactively shaping creative strategy. Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on refining and elevating brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update the company's content library.
- Produce video presentations that effectively communicate the company's vision and mission for conferences and internal use.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design, including workflow management and adherence to brand visual guidelines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles, effectively communicating intended messages.
- Expertise in fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, and branding), with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.
- Proven ability to convey brand messaging through short, impactful videos optimized for social media engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and defending design choices in complex situations.
- Knowledge of AI and editing tools for video and animation production.
- Proficient in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace.
