**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Viju Industries Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing expense invoices, organizing sales invoices, and assisting in inventory checks.
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes. Your excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to excel in this position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Organize and manage expense invoices, including scanning, compiling statistics, and arranging documents.
- Manage VIJU sales invoices, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in inventory checks, maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement.
**Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting).
Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Required Skills:
You will need excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Additionally, proficiency in English language is essential for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
