Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Manager and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing budget reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and equipment. You will also oversee the maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable systems, manage company vehicles, and coordinate procurement and stocking of office supplies.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in accounting and administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should be proficient in Excel and have experience with financial software. A good degree in accounting or a related field is essential, and 2 years of experience in publishing or a similar industry is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators:
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to maintain accurate financial records, prepare timely budget reports, and ensure the efficient operation of office facilities and equipment. You will also be responsible for monitoring expenditure and cash flow, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
