About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also be required to prepare essential documents, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage high-stakes meetings, appointments, and events from preparation to follow-up.
  • Craft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and clarity.
  • Safeguard confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and trust.
  • Innovate and implement effective administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve procedures to support the CEO's strategic goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Provide comprehensive support on special projects and initiatives through thorough research and insightful analysis.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of finance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Aptitude for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
