The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our vibrant sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Build Customer Relationships: Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services that showcase their value proposition.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create regular reports on sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
- Stock Management: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Exhibition and Conference Participation: Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to expand our reach.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections from customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve better results.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a Technology Company.
- Track Record of Success: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.
