Job Summary

Sigma Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Associate to support our full-cycle recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will assist in implementing recruitment strategies, conduct candidate sourcing, and perform initial resume screenings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various roles and industries
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews
  • Manage candidate pipelines and update records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentation
  • Assist in offer management and placement processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional recruitment experience
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
