Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. This onsite role will support our full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with our Operations Manager and Senior Account Managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions to our clients.

• Implement recruitment strategies for various roles and industries, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and techniques.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and preliminary phone/video interviews to identify top candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and update records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentation, highlighting key skills and qualifications.
• Assist in offer management and placement processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of Nigerian job market trends.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM software, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in recruiting for multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques, with the ability to design and implement effective assessment processes.
