Key Responsibilities

The Tele-Sales Travel Consultant role involves several critical responsibilities, including:

* Lead Generation: Identifying and generating new leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, online platforms, travel expos, and industry events.

* Lead Nurturing and Follow-up: Engaging with leads through personalized communication, understanding their travel needs and preferences, and conducting timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.

* Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, and offering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the value of bookings and drive additional revenue.

* Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, high-quality service, resolving any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience, and keeping clients informed of new travel offers, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, preferably within the travel industry, Bsc/ HND Marketing, Business Admin or related. Basic Salary 130-150k
