Job Title: Global Sales Development Manager

At Pruvia Integrated Limited, we seek a highly skilled Sales Merchandiser to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic merchandising plans that balance customer expectations and business objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to predict product demand and plan optimal product ranges/stock levels
  • Collaborate with procurement teams, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines
  • Optimize store layouts and inventory management to boost customer engagement and sales performance
  • Accurately forecast profits/sales and develop budgets to ensure business alignment
  • Monitor stock movement and adjust strategies for markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearances as needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, fostering a collaborative environment to drive sales pipelines and close deals
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and apply knowledge to drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SSCE/OND in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement platforms
  • Valid driver's license (ability to drive)
