We are looking for an experienced Senior Petroleum Engineer Leader to join our team at Ralds and Agate Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in petroleum engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

The Senior Petroleum Engineer Leader will be responsible for managing all aspects of reservoir engineering functions within the company, including planning and directing reservoir engineering/field studies. This includes identifying, evaluating, and developing oil and gas reserves, as well as overseeing the estimation, assessment, and planning of oil and gas production and development projects.

A key aspect of this role is providing leadership within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adequate reservoir management of the company's assets. The candidate will also lead activities to optimize producing assets from a reservoir perspective, and develop reservoir performance prediction models.

The Senior Petroleum Engineer Leader will also review surveillance, analysis, and dynamic models, and provide direction on subsurface engineering required for proper asset reservoir management. Furthermore, they will support company-wide standard reservoir management practices and quantify risk and uncertainty to understand its impact on production forecasts and decisions.
