Head of Sales

At MGE Realty, we are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and contribute to the development of new product/service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with market trends and company objectives.
  • Establish sales strategies with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adapt resources to support sales initiatives.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop pricing strategies to optimize profits and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Grow client network and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Secure new institutional customers to expand market reach.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales activities for the real estate development business.
  • Build market recognition and customer base in the primary location.
Requirements
  • First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria.
  • Proven track record of success selling landed assets and services.
  • Understanding of the sales management process.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales leadership skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.
  • Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to negotiate and close out deals.
