Job Description- Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Director to lead our store operations, including retail, customer service, employee management, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies to increase customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Critical Tasks:
- Direct store operations to ensure seamless delivery of customer satisfaction and high-quality services
- Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and develop career paths for employees
- Assess local market conditions to identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Benchmark buying trends, customer needs, and profits
Requirements
- Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
