  • Team Development: Bring out the best of the branch's personnel through training, coaching, development, and motivation, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Condition: Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
  • Financial Performance: Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management, and reporting of store activities, driving financial success.
  • Reporting: Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profits, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
