Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, implementing people engagement initiatives, coordinating communication with candidates, and driving performance management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Social Science or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in human resources. You must be able to assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings, review and develop company policies and procedures, and prepare timely reports as required.
