About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Associate to lead our online retail strategy and enhance our website's visibility. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and be responsible for the e-commerce operations while implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to improve online visibility, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shopping experiences and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize website content, product descriptions, and metadata to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve website authority.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce SEO, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and improving website rankings.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, HubSpot, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Instagram, FaceBook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus.
