Elevated HR Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing administrative tasks, answering enquiries, and performing secretarial functions.

The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of accurate documents, reports, and presentations. Additionally, they will schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.

You will also oversee office supplies inventory, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • HND/BSC in any relevant field of study with three years' experience and good work ethics.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback.
  • Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
