We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a Filling Station Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our filling station's financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: You will be responsible for receiving cash from pump attendants and preparing daily transaction reports.
- Sales Reconciliation: You will maintain daily records of sales, verify cashier balance, and prepare reports.
- Transaction Monitoring: You will ensure accurate documentation of all fuel and product sales.
- Banking Transactions: You will deposit collected cash into the company's account as required.
- Fraud Prevention: You will monitor sales for discrepancies or fraudulent activities and report findings.
- Customer Interaction: You will attend customer inquiries and complaints related to payments.
