The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with outstanding organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and discretion and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
  2. Maintain accurate records and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes.
  4. Handle confidential information with discretion.
  5. Assist in various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements:**
