Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team at Coscharis Beverages. The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing supply inventories, maintaining a safe working environment, and supervising other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish supply inventories in accordance with established guidelines
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment as per government regulations
  • Manage the store layout to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise other staff members and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities
  • Receive, upload, and shelf all supplies in a timely manner
  • Perform stock-related duties, including returning, packing, labeling, and pricing goods
  • Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage and report any issues
  • Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
  • Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment
  • Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse and store
  • Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
  • Ensure proper completion of documentation for orders and purchases
  • Generate a material received report (MRR) in a timely manner
  • Ensure storage of goods follows the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
