About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Startup Soar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to sell real estate properties">
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase properties to clients">
  • Buiild and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty">
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales with clients">
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets">
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity">
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to achieve sales goals">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales progress">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field">
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets">
