Travel Industry Ambassador

We are currently seeking a Travel Industry Ambassador to join our team at Elukaz Travel and Tours Limited. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing memorable travel experiences.

Job Summary:

The Travel Industry Ambassador will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, providing travel information and recommendations, booking and managing travel arrangements, resolving client complaints and issues, processing travel documents, selling travel services and packages, maintaining accurate records and databases, staying updated on travel industry trends and promotions, and collaborating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide travel information, options, and recommendations
• Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
• Process travel documents (visas, passports, etc.)
• Sell travel services and packages and contribute to agency revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotions
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends
