About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide personalized travel services, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while resolving any issues that may arise promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide travel information, options, and recommendations to clients.
  • Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process travel documents, such as visas and passports.
  • Sell travel services and packages to contribute to agency revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing.
  • Meet minimum set targets.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
