Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, adhering to the Sambus Sales Cycle to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of connections, develop new accounts, and build a sales pipeline.
  • Develop sales documents, prepare quotes, and complete sales-related administration tasks.
Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
  • Provide exceptional after-sales services, manage client relationships, and ensure positive customer satisfaction reviews, aiming for a minimum 4-star rating in the assigned vertical.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Operations Unit and Tech team to ensure timely product delivery and training.
  • Drive repeat sales by analyzing customer purchase history and offering cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by suggesting added-value services that benefit end-users within client organizations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and technical skills through ongoing training, workshops, and career development programs.
  • Take ownership of generating, maintaining, and expanding sales and value-addition services in the assigned vertical.
Operational Reporting and Feedback
  • Produce periodic operational reports for the line manager and provide feedback on market and customer developments that require Sambus's attention.
  • Conduct client and vertical research to stay informed about industry developments and trends, enhancing expertise and client service.
