Job Description

The Senior Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events from conception to completion. This involves developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires the ability to oversee venue selection, vendor negotiations, and contract management. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Senior Event Coordinator must ensure clear communication and understanding of their vision and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of events;
  • Developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics;
  • Oversseeing venue selection, vendor negotiations, and contract management;
  • Managing client relationships and expectations;
  • Conducting post-event evaluations and providing insights for future improvements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event planning and management is required, along with a strong portfolio of successful events.

Proven leadership skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in event management software and tools is also necessary.

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
