Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and lead generation tactics.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to acquire new students.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale Kaego's programs globally.
  • Enhance the student experience by developing innovative marketing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of driving revenue, acquiring new customers, and developing measurable marketing strategies. You should also be familiar with the travel and global education sectors, as well as industry trends.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales and growth marketing, with a strong background in generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion rates. A passion for global education and cultural exchange is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
