**Job Description**

As a Strategic Growth Officer at PROFORCE AIRSYSTEMS LTD, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development, preferably within a related industry (HVAC, industrial air solutions, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and applications for PROFORCE AIRSYSTEMS LTD's products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve established targets and business development goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (related field), or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the air systems industry (HVAC, air purification, industrial air solutions) and related technologies.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proven Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
