Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Officer at Coaching Consulting and Allied Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming greeting. Additionally, you will support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficient in English, both orally and in writing.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
