About the Role:

The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Lagos region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
  • Familiarity with Lagos routes and the ability to navigate them efficiently.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue.
