
Van Sales Team Member

Job Description:
The Van Sales Representative will drive sales and distribution of products, manage client accounts, and achieve assigned sales targets. The role requires effective route planning, customer engagement, and service delivery to maximize productivity and meet business objectives.
Sales & Distribution
- Drive the sale of canned fruit juices and energy drinks across assigned routes.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Route Management & Customer Engagement
- Plan and navigate Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is a must-have for this role.
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative is required.
- Familiarity with Lagos routes is essential.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
