Job Overview:

The Van Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving sales and distribution of products in the Lagos region. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within the designated timeframe.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is a prerequisite for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
  • Familiarity with Lagos routes and the ability to plan efficient routes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
