Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Greeting Visitors and Answering Phone Calls: Provide exceptional customer service and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and send reminders to staff members.
  • Handling Data Entry: Input data into computer systems, update spreadsheets, and maintain databases.
