Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Entry Officer to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from various sources. They will then verify and correct errors, organizing the information to optimize efficient data capturing. This includes creating accurate spreadsheets, entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data security, and storing hard copies in an organized manner. The ideal candidate will also provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding any encountered issues. To be considered for this position, you should have a strong background in finance or accounting with a maximum of two years' hands-on experience. A B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline is essential, along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Professional certification in Microsoft Excel is also highly desirable.
