Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at DAYTONA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, including data entry, record keeping, and other general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record keeping
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Perform other general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
