Job Description

Sambus Geospatial Nig Ltd is seeking an experienced Research & Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through innovative research and development initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Lead projects with R&D teams to support business objectives and enhance product offerings.
  • Analyze industry trends, gather business intelligence, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement research programs to improve existing products, identify new opportunities, and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer expectations and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend improved technologies, equipment, and processes to drive business efficiency.
  • Prepare annual reports on metrics and objectives to measure progress toward company goals.
  • Document all phases of research and development for future reference.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Statistics, Geography, GIS, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
