We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the Lagos market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchant acquiring, digital banking, and financial services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, manage key distribution channels, and maximize profitability. This role requires excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage a network of sales agents and distributors to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and innovation

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the FMCG sector or banking, fintech
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, digital banking, and financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
