The Regional Sales Director will lead the commercial and non-commercial channels in Lagos, driving results for Amber Drinks. Key responsibilities include optimizing sales, distribution, and brand appearance within the On Premise channel, leading a team of Relationship Officers, Marketing teams, Event officers, and Brand promoters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strategies set forth by the national On-Trade team
  • Coach direct reports to achieve goals
  • Develop productive business relationships with customers and partners
  • Build plans as directed to drive growth and success
