Key responsibilities include:

  • Main Accountabilities:
  • Formulate overall strategy and manage resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance regularly.
  • Direct the employee assessment process and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
