About the Role

The General Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS) business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our growth and development.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategy formulation, people management, and policy establishment. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, optimize expenses, and evaluate and improve operations and financial performance regularly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance regularly.
  • Direct the employee assessment process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
