About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Admin officer to join our team at DAYTONA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, performance management, training and development, document management, health and safety compliance, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Staffing: Post job vacancies, review resumes, interview candidates, and select the right talent for the organization.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Orient new hires, explain company policies, and help them integrate into the company culture.
  3. Performance Management: Set goals, conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and assist with employee development plans.
  4. Training and Development: Oversee or coordinate training programs to improve employee skills and competencies.
  5. Document and Record Management: Maintain organized records, files, and documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
  6. Health, Safety, and Legal Compliance: Ensure the workplace is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  7. Data Entry and Reporting: Input data into systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
