Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Consulting & Biz Solutions Limited.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately documented.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports according to legal and company guidelines.
  • Review expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial data in databases for easy access when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare monthly/yearly closings.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in financial operations and take on new challenges.
