Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this Estimating Professional role will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site visits. You will also be expected to develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our clients receive accurate and reliable cost estimates. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
  • Developing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of quantity calculations.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and reliable cost estimates.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Professional membership in a relevant quantity surveying organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
