About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Consulting & Biz Solutions Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement. You will manage our online presence, create and implement content marketing campaigns, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, managing and maintaining our website and social media presence, creating engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and marketing materials, collaborating with the team to develop marketing materials, organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and seminars, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and monitoring and reporting on marketing performance and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services firm. They will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies, excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite, is also essential.
